Obituary

Lilibeth Cayetano Swenson passed away at the age of 39 years old at her home in Salem Oregon. Beth was born on June 1st 1979 in Apalit, Pampanga, Philippines to Leticia Pangilinan Sanchez and Octavio Ilog Cayetano. Beth graduated at the top of her class from De La Salle University in the Philippines as a Physical Therapist and later went on to get her Doctorate in PT from Missoula Montana.

Beth moved from the Philippines to Klamath Falls Oregon in 2008 Shortly after arriving she met Mark Lin Swenson. Beth and Mark were married in Maui, Hi on August 18, 2010. After she got married, Beth and Mark moved around the US working as a traveling PTs/PTAs for fun and to explore prior to moving back to Oregon.

Beth always lived life to the fullest. She had a passion for traveling and to discover the world with her visiting over 10 countries and 39 national parks. She had many interests including yoga, hiking, music, camping, festivals and paddle boarding which she loved to enjoy with her family and friends. Beth was a wonderful person who had an ability to reach people in a deep and positive way.

Beth is preceded in death by her parents Leticia and Octavio Cayetano. She is survived by her husband Mark Swenson, her brothers Obeth and Oliver Cayetano and her step mother Hermogena.

Family, friends and others whose lives Beth touched are invited to the Johnson Funeral Home at 134 Missouri Ave S in Salem Oregon on 12/29/18 at 11 AM for a Celebration of Life, Memorial Video, Open Sharing and Reception.

    I'm so sad to hear this news. I worked with Beth (and Mark) in Abilene in 2012. I was a traveling therapist too and I truely enjoyed our talks and companionship.
