Bonnie Sue Gauthier

Born in Nevada, on November 6, 1964, she spent most of her life in Salem, where much of her family resides.  

Some say that beauty comes from a spirit that has weathered many hardships in life and still continues with resilience.  

Bonnie had a gentle heart of gold that had a hundred scars from caring, but yet still found a way to always bring the highest power of love to help and comfort others.  Her spirit will forever live on in us in every rainbow, sunrise, gentle breeze, and laughter.  She embraced everyone without judgement.  She has forever inspired us in the way we live.   

Bonnie collected little treasures and loved sharing the special things she found. She made all of us so many beautifully thought out gifts that we will treasure always as a reminder of her kindness and love. 

Bonnie is survived by her Mother, Josephine Gauthier, Father, Vernon Gauthier, sisters, Sheri, Denise and Anita, and their husbands, Tomas, Dave and Tim.  Bonnies children, Shawntay and  Forrest, and Shawntay’s husband ,Joey, and her grand children, Miguel and Dannie, Jayda, Deangelo and Imani, Isys and Zion, and many other relatives and friends.  

Services will be held on April 15, from 12-3 at Johnson Funeral Home, 134 Missouri Ave S., Salem, Oregon
