My husband died today.
He is my best friend.
He is my energy.
He is my light.
He is my joy.
He is my stabilizing branch.
He is my rock.
He makes me whole and fills me with love.
AND! He makes the best darn tacos in the world!
He is the nicest person I have ever known.
His tremendous energy will become part of the universal whole, adding his joy and love to us all.
My husband died today and we are all better for knowing him.
Alton Irwin Furbish Jr.
U.S. Army Retired
U.S. National Guard Retired.
Al was born in Ontario California on October 31st 1933.
He died at 4:33 a.m. on November 2nd 2018. I wish him Joy, Love and Peace and long hours it is Happy fishing place until we meet again.
It's so sad to see that AL has passed without ever reuniting with his daughters. I know they are hurting so it would be nice to acknowledge them. We do not know if he had any other children from his second marriage but it's a share they were not included. It wasn't their fault their parents had issues but they were dealt a lousy card.
Not mentioned in the obituary are the 4 daughters, 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, he may have disowned them, but they were still his family.
Thank you for trusting Johnson Funeral Home with Al. May he rest in peace.
