Brooks Oregon - Shirley met Jesus face to face on January 19, 2024 at her sister's home, surrounded by her family.
Shirley Ann Isham was born on September 20, 1951 to Kenneth Iris (Red) and Lorene Wanless Isham of Brooks, Oregon.
She attended Brooks Elementary and Gervais Union High School.
Shirley Married Apolonio (Paul) Enriquez of Brooks, directly out of High School. They had three beautiful daughters. She worked for the State of Oregon first the revenue department then Dept of children services for many years. She enjoyed her Lord and family very much. Shirley had many health problems, but was a fighter, always bouncing back.
Shirley lived in Brooks, Silverton, Salem and Turner Oregon. She moved to Cottonwood , Idaho in 1998, where she bought a Ranch. She loved Interior decorating and glitter. Most dear to her was her God, daughters, and Grandchildren, Her kindness, faith, strength-and endured many challenges. She was such a kind, sweet person God and family was a shinning light in her life.
Shirley is survived by her husband Apolonio (Paul) Enriquez of Cottonwood, Idaho and Daughter Monica Enriquez (Nicolas) of Lewiston, Idaho, and her step children: Shantel, Apolonio (PJ) and Andrea.
Grandchildren include Rodney Maguire, Dallas Oregon, Jacobi Enriquez, Lewiston, Idaho, Nicholas, and J.C. Enriquez, Lewiston, Idaho, Apolonio (Appy) Enriquez Cottonwood, Idaho.Angela Pettiford (Walter Jr) Montana,Tamara Kirk ,Brooks, Kourtney Kirk, Keizer, Brandi Kirk, Dallas in Oregon, Azariah Rouqe Enriquez, Moscow, Idaho, and eleven Great Grandchildren, and her sister Dorene Isham Standish of Brooks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death her Parents, Red and Lorene Isham, her daughters, Angela Enriquez and Trisha Maguire, and her sisters: RaVerta Isham Smith-Corbett, Donna Isham Major, Pamela Isham Thompson.
A special thank you to Tracy her primary caregiver who was with Shirley and her family to the very end.
Funeral service will be held 11 AM, at Life Spring Church 9165 Portland Rd. in Brooks, Oregon on February 2, 2024.
Shirley will be laid to rest in Brooks Catholic Cemetery 6431 Brooklake rd, Brooks, Oregon directly after the Church Service.
The burial site is at her Great Grandparents Edward and Salome LaFlemme's Donated Land claim. They donated land for a cemetery to Brooks Church which burned in 1915. There will be a time to share photos and condolences in the Church Fireside Room. Food will be catered by Shannon Williams and Megan Maxwell.
