Marie Louise Averette

Marie Louise Averette, of Salem, Oregon, born in Tulare, California, passed away at home with family by her side on February 4, 2025, at age 85. She had battled Parkinson’s for nine years. She enjoyed singing in church choirs, sewing, artistic endeavors, photography, doll collecting, and traveling. She passed two months short of 62 years of marriage to Beauford Averette. She is survived by their daughter, LaVonne (Brian) Buhler, three grandchildren, Josiah (Bailey), Emily, and Noah, and one great-grandson, Mattias. With such love and devotion to her family and friends, how can she not be missed dearly?
