And numerous other family members with whom he shared love.

Joe passed unexpectedly and the age of 35 in a vehicle accident on April 7, 2018. He lived a life filled with humor, wit, and a passion for building anything he set his mind to. Joe was talented in many ways, in addition to being capable of building whatever he wanted, he could play any instrument and sing any song. Joe loved driving his dune buggy, his jeep and riding his motorcycle. He started divisions of Octane Outlaws Association for the riding he loved. He had so many friends that we wonder how he had the time for everyone, but he made the time somehow and affected many lives in the process. Joe loved people, he very seldom told anyone no. He would talk to anyone and was a friend to all, from all walks of life. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. If Joe could say it today, he would encourage you to hug the ones you love often, you never know when your last chance may be.

A celebration of life will be held for Joe on April 21, 2018 from noon to 5:00pm at:
Red Lion Hotel
3301 Market St NE
Salem, OR 97301
