Former Grants Pass resident Cory Jacob Wells-Lang, age 27, passed away on Sunday June 16, 2019 in Salem, OR. He was born January 25th, 1992 in Grants Pass, OR.
Cory worked as a sand blaster at Aikey's in Salem.
He was so good at many different things, from playing football, poetry, writing, and was an amazing artist who aspired to be a tattoo artist. His heart was bigger than the width of all the oceans, and he never turned his back on anyone. He was a beloved son, father, nephew, and brother. He inspired many people and was loved by so many.
Cory is survived by his beloved daughter, Loyalty Mae Star Wells of Grants Pass, OR. She said "he was a great father and I love him."
Cory is also survived by his mother Brandi Lang, and father, William Wells, both of Grants Pass, OR, his fiance Lexi Jones of Salem, OR, grandparents Hap, and Vicki Pfaendler, Howard and Colleen Firestone, all of Grants Pass, OR., and Ken and Donna Lang of Brookings, OR, brothers, sister, and many aunts and uncles.

A service will be held Sunday, July 28, 2019 from 1-3 pm at the All Sports Park DCS Pavillion, 1690 SW Webster Rd, Grants Pass, OR.
