Brently Scott Wheeler

Born 02/12/1993, 25 years old from Salem Oregon. Brent went to be with his Lord after a long struggle with cancer on August 6, 2018. He was surrounded with love from his family, fiancee and friends.

Brent born and raised in Salem Oregon was a graduate of Sprague High School and 4 time District Champion in Tennis. Brent continued on to play for Division 1 tennis at Portland State University of which he graduated in 2016. Brent managed the Players Racquet shop in Beaverton, and had recently before his fight with cancer taken a position as Tennis Pro at the Salem Tennis and Swim Club in Salem Oregon.

Brent was well known for his smile and positive enthusiasm. Brent was passionate about always including others in his plans and made it a point to make sure everyone around him felt loved. He embodied the mind set of living life to the fullest and loving without limits.

Brent, beloved son of Gary and Catherine, brother to Curt, Matt and Scott and fiancee Jessica. Brent will also be forever remembered by his numerous Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.

A celebration of Brent’s life will be held at the Salem Tennis and Swim Club at 4318 Lone Oak Rd. SE Salem OR on August 18th at 6PM. All that have known Brent are welcome to attend. Memorial Donations may be made to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society at http://www.lls.org.
