Becky Ann Stephens

Becky Ann Stephens was born in the sandhills of Lewellen Nebraska on October 26, 1947. Daughter to Lorraine and Robert (Bob) Wolford. When Becky was four years old her family moved to Homedale, Idaho and later to Wilder, where she graduated in 1966. After Highschool Becky attended Beauty School and her received her license.

In June of 1947 Becky met and married Thomas W. Charters Sr. Her first child, Tommy Charters Jr. was born May 26 ^th , 1968. Thomas Sr and Becky later divorced.

Becky married Fred Stephens on February 15 ^th in Winnemucca, Nevada. November 29 ^th , 1971, their daughter, Wendy was born. Becky lived with Fred in Nampa, Idaho until his death in 2010.

Becky Stephens continued to reside in Idaho until the year 2022 when she moved to Stayton, Oregon to live with her daughter and son in law, Wendy and Shawn Canady. Where she lived the rest of her days in retirement.

Becky was survived by her daughter: Wendy Canady and son in law Shawn Canady in Stayton Oregon; Stepson Ty, and his wife Angelita Bramble; Her sister, Barbara Wolford of Nampa, Idaho; Her brother, Robert and his wife Sandra Wolford of Caldwell;  Her Grandchildren; Zach, Kortnee, Erik, Ashley, Hunter, Wacey, Dally. Bailey, Sydnee, Megan, Issac, Her adopted family Mailo and Carina Pimental and their five children ; Her Great Grandchildren; Emilee, Phoebie, Kayleigh, Natalie, Lorraine, Lane, Remedy, River, Paysleigh, and one on the way. She has one Great Great Grandchild, Ameryha.

She had many hobbies, interests, and jobs but her family was her favorite job.
Becky was proceeded in death by: Her Husband, Son, Parents and infant brother.
Becky and her Family would like to thank Derek and his team at the Edward F. Tokarski home. A lot of homes turned her down and they took her in without hesitation and treated her like family with the love and care they devoted to her every day until the end.

Becky would also like to thank Wendy and Shawn Canady for altering their home to meet her needs, ensuring that if she needed or wanted something she got it. Their support, care and love will never be forgotten even as she is gone.

Wendy, Kortnee, Ashley sat by her side in her final days and ensured that they were there to hold her and bathe her in love until she obtained her angel wings on August 9 ^th 2024.

The Celebration of Life will take place on October 26 ^th , 2024 in Idaho. Location will be determined at a later date and posted to Facebook.

Becky’s family has requested that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the nonprofit- Edward F. Tokarski home in West Salem, Oregon. Our family will forever be indebted to the team there.
