Agatha "Shorty" Duncan

Agatha “Shorty”Duncan was born on June 24, 1928 to Frank & Josephine (Hurliman) Von Euw in Tillamook, Oregon. She passed away on March 22, 2023 at home.

On January 10, 1947, Shorty married Harry Duncan in Tillamook. They lived there until 1956 when they moved to Keizer, Oregon.

Shorty worked for Westab/Mead Products for 32 years. After her retirement she volunteered for Meals on Wheels and was very active at her church, St Edwards Catholic Church. She loved helping out wherever she was needed. Shorty loved being able to minister for the sick & those in need. She also helped many a friend get to their appointments when needing a ride.

She taught us all that helping others was what we were supposed to do and to do it with grace. Shorty was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Harry & her grandson Kyle.

She is survived by her kids, Jack, Joe, Franny & Lori, 7 grandkids & 5 great-grand kids.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St Edward Catholic Ministries or Willamette Valley Hospice.
