Kirsten Irene Garner

Kirsten Irene Garner, Fettic, age73, passed away peacefully on August 25, 2021, Salem OR. She was born on November 24, 1947 in Reno, Nevada to George Edwin and Elvera Eileen (Pedersen) Fettic.

Kirt graduated from Myrtle Creek High School Class of 1965 and attended Oregon State. She married Freddie Anthony Pritt in 1969 and moved to Portland where her much loved son Marc was born. Later they moved to Roseburg where Fred was a police officer and Kirt worked in the insurance industry. Kirsten retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield in 2014 after 30 years. She met many wonderful people & made many friends. She was an avid sewer and quilter and made beautiful quilts. She was a member of numerous quilting clubs, especially enjoying doing quilt blocks for good causes. Kirt was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend that would help anyone. 

In addition to her parents, Kirsten was predeceased by daughter Angela Lynn Fettic; grandparents George Rueben and Annie Fettic; Esther Ruth and Olaf Pedersen. Survivors include son Marc Anthony Pritt and his wife, Christine of San Diego, CA; Grandson Ryan Jacob Larkin of Santa Rosa, CA; sister Kathleen Ruth Fettic of Sutherlin, OR and many cousins.
