Mama told me when I was young
"Come sit beside me, my only son
And listen closely to what I say
And if you do this it'll help you some sunny day"

"Oh, take your time, don't live too fast
Troubles will come and they will pass
You'll find a woman and you'll find love
And don't forget, son, there is someone up above"
"And be a simple kind of man
Oh, be something you love and understand
Baby be a simple kind of man
Oh, won't you do this for me, son, if you can"

~Lynard Skynyrd

Like fountains of sorrow, the faces are crying
I'm witnessing all of their pain
Death is so final, for only the living
The spirit will always remain

My little brother, I'm going to miss you more than words can say. You may have been my baby brother, but you was very protective of me and I loved that about you. So many good memories, one of my favorites was when you was around 5 and was calling for smokey the bear. Until me meet again my brother I love and miss you.
