Obituary

Jesus G Ayala, 77, born December 25, 1943 in Asherton, Texas went to be with our Lord , Saturday January 23, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas.

He is preceded in death by his parents Gabriel and Juanita Ayala, and brothers Alejandro Ayala and Jose Ayala.

He is survived by his children Jesse Ayala Jr, Armando Ayala, Cindy Ayala, Nora Ayala, and San Juanita De La Pena.  He is also survived by his brothers Gabriel Ayala Jr, Ricardo Ayala, and Alvaro Ayala, as well as numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Viewing and Rosary will be Wednesday February 3, 2021 from 5:30pm to 8pm at Johnson Funeral Home 134 Missouri Ave S Salem, OR 97302.  Mass will be Thursday February 4, 2021 at St. Joseph Catholic Church 721 Chemeketa St NE Salem, OR 97301.  Interment services to follow at St. Luke's Cemetery in Woodburn, Oregon.

    My deepest condolences to all of the Ayala family. I’m so sorry fir your loss, so hard to believe that he is gone. Our parents have been such good friends all our growing up. The are compadres, he was a very sweet loving man. A man who was a proud father . His family was alway first. Had good sense if humor. Beautiful smile. My heart ♥️ is with you all.
