Zona Marie Beeman Billups Morrison

Zona Marie Beeman Billups Morrison was born April 26, 1939 and died March 6, 2020. Zona was born to Lenard and Lillian Beeman in Mason City, Okanogan Washington.

Zona is survived by her son Edward Billups (Joeleen) brother Hal (Loretta), daughter Shelley, nieces Bonnie Beal, Anita Boyer-Davis, Cynthia Therrien, Tracy Zemanek, and nephew Tim Duncan (Judy). All of who were her sister Betty’s children. Betty preceded her in death in 1981. Zona had many great nieces and nephews. Zona is also survived by her lifelong friend Sharon Herrel. What a blessed friendship.

Zona was blessed to have many friends in her life who will miss her greatly. She never knew a stranger; she was a friend to all.

Zona married Woody Billups on august 15th 1960 until July 28th 1969. Shen then married Orville Totland and then Richard Morrison.

Zona enjoyed cooking, fishing, flying, and telling great stories from her many adventures. Zona had a knack for storytelling. She captivated her audience and had them laughing at her antics. We loved her for that. Zona lived with hope in her heart and a smile for everyone. The world is a better place because she was here. She will never be forgotten.

A memorial service is being planned on her birthday April 26, 2020 so we can celebrate her life.
