Obituary

Peggy Haines, loving wife, mom and sister, passed away in Salem on February 11th.  Peggy was born in Milwaukee Oregon in the year of 1973 to parents Charles and Martha Neal.  She was raised in Portland Oregon and grew up with her five of her siblings; Tom, Bobby, Chucky, Tammy and Martha. She had a great childhood and was raised by loving parents.

Peggy grew up to be a beautiful woman inside and out.  She married her husband Joseph Angel Haines, and the couple raised two terrific kids Christina, and Chris Haines.   Peggy was devoted to her faith.  As a church going person, she never gave up on herself and God.  She was an important part in everyone's lives. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her, paticularly her mother Martha Neal who currently resides in Alba Texas.

A funeral service honoring her life, legacy, and deep faith will be held Friday, February 19, 2016 at  10:00 AM at the Pauline Memorial AME Zion church.  Peggy's death has caused a great deal of financial burden to her loved ones.  Please consider donating to her funeral expenses.  A go fund me account has been set up in her name.
