Obituary

Madelon was born October 20, 1948 in Sacramento, California and grew up in Santa Cruz, California, loving the sun, boardwalk and beach fun. She attended Azusa Pacific University where she met Jim and spent the next 51 years with him in a happy, loving marriage.

Madelon was a wonderful wife, mother and friend. She worked as a phlebotomist and pharmacy tech and always enjoyed serving the public in the medical field. Her passion was animals and she never met a stranger or passed up a dog that needed petting.

Unfortunately, Madelon's last months were spent in a memory care center because of her Alzheimer's Disease. However, even with this horrible disease, she still managed to cheer up the staff with daily hugs and smiles.

Madelon is survived by her husband Jim, daughters Erin and Olivia, son in law Chad, grandchildren Sophie and Devlin, sister Marilee and rescue dog Lulu. She was an amazing woman and will be missed.
